Who do you deal with?

We deal with a large variety of clients ranging from the major supermarkets, cash and carries, foodservice wholesalers, e-commerce specialists and retail chains, through to small sole trader and partnership businesses. We have been doing this for over 20 years, have dealt with thousands of customers so we should be broadly familiar with your requirements and will aim to guide you through the best options for your business.

How long does it take to get my deliveries?

We deliver all over the UK on a daily basis. Lead times from the time of placing your order are generally 3 - 4 working days. Next day options are available within the UK if the order is placed early enough in the day and if it is urgent we will always try and prioritise your order within reason. For Europe we have expedited deliveries available to France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Spain and Scandinavia which will generally arrive within 7 – 10 working days. Customers can arrange their own collections if they prefer. For deliveries outwith Europe, our customers normally provide us with the address of their UK freight forwarder and we deliver the goods directly to them.

How do I place orders?

You can place orders via our app or desktop portal, using an excel order form or over the phone. We try to make things easy for our customers. The benefits of the online desktop portal and app is that they allow you to check stock levels easily, you can place orders in your own time rather than within our normal working hours and orders entered using this method means that they do not need to be manually entered into our systems which may lead to faster processing times. If you find more conventional methods easier for you that's fine with us as well.
